How long does a furnishing package take?

Most studio / 1–3BR packages are specified, sourced, and installed within 3–5 weeks of contract. Larger or custom-spec packages take 5–8 weeks. Multi-unit portfolios are typically rolled out in waves on a schedule the property manager dictates.

Do you furnish properties on the Jersey Shore?

Yes. We furnish short-term and long-term rentals across the Jersey Shore corridor — Red Bank, Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Sea Bright, Spring Lake, Deal, Long Beach Island, and surrounding Monmouth and Ocean County markets. Coastal-aesthetic packages are a meaningful share of our shore work.

Do you handle replenishment for high-turnover STRs?

Optional. STRs go through accessories, linens, and small soft goods at a predictable rate. We can structure a quarterly or seasonal replenishment program so the property stays photo-ready as long as you own it.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is transparent: a package fee (specification, sourcing, project management, installation) plus the actual cost of furniture and accessories sourced. Studio/1BR packages typically start around $12,000 all-in (excluding the property). 2–3BR packages typically range $25,000–$60,000. Estate and multi-unit pricing is custom. We provide a detailed proposal after a property walkthrough.
