What can I rent from Superb?
Designer sofas and sectionals, dining sets, bedroom furniture (luxury beds, dressers, nightstands), statement lighting (chandeliers, sconces, lamps), contemporary art, decorative accessories (mirrors, vases, books, throw pillows), and outdoor and patio furniture. The same 1,000+ piece curated collection we use for our luxury home stagings.
What rental terms do you offer?
Weekly, monthly, and custom-term rentals. Most photo and video shoots are 1–3 days. Most event rentals are 1–7 days. Most residential short-term rentals are 1–3 months. We can structure custom terms for longer engagements or recurring clients.
Who rents from Superb?
Other home stagers needing inventory access, interior designers sourcing for clients, photographers and video production crews, event producers (weddings, brand activations, pop-ups), realtors prepping for listing photography, and homeowners with short-term residential needs (interim move, renovation, special occasion).
Do you deliver and install, or do I pick up?
We deliver and install with white-glove service across Northern NJ, the Jersey Shore, and the NYC metro. Pickup is not offered — protecting our inventory through delivery and installation is what makes the rental experience consistent.
How is rental different from your home staging service?
Our home staging service is a turnkey package: we walk the property, design the staging, supply furniture, install, and take it down after closing. Furniture rental is à la carte — you tell us what pieces you need and the term, we deliver them. If you want a fully designed staging, see our staging service. Can I rent for an Airbnb or short-term rental?
For ongoing short-term-rental furnishing (Airbnb, VRBO), our turnkey furnishing packages are usually a better fit than rentals — you own the furniture, no monthly rental cost, and we handle specification through installation. See /furniture/packages for details.
